Would like you to please trace SAOL Management and confirm the following statements which they have been giving in the various confrences being held all over india. To trace the management , you may please catch them at any of the conference being organized now a days.
1) The company is establishing its PE in India at Goregaon and interiors is already in place. Is it ready or not???
2) The company has applied to RoC for registration of three subsidiaries with 75% stake of paid up capital coming from Haren Ventures and Balance 25% by top Management of SAOL. Is RoC aware of this?
3) The company is about to launch its new website with e-commerce facilties. Is there any legal compliance required before launching such websites, if yes, please enlighten us on the same and confirm whether SAOL has complied with those...

As regards an article on pyramid schemes published on moneylife, it would be relevant to mention that pyramids exist everywhere. Every corporate organization has a pyramid. You cannot have more than one chief editor but you can have more than one data entry operator. You cannot have more than one CFO in an organization but more than one GMs and larger no. of AGMs and even larger no. of Executives down the line. How a pyramid works is the moot question and not that it exists. If you could please do a detailed investigation on how this pyramid is being managed by Speak Asia and the way it is managed by other companies like Ram Survey and Pratibha Survey, you would be in a much better position to substantiate your thoughts. We fully respect your intent behind these articles but do not support the way these are presented. You as part of media should be able to distinguish good apples from bad ones.

I think Sucheta Dalal have some personal problem speak asia.. Read sucheta Dalal's twitter at 22nd June 2011.. in which she said,"we will fight Back" and said irritation after receiving notice from speak asia.
