Ans>> The company is refraining from the word investment, because participating in SAOL absolutely cannot be classed as an investment. Speak Asia is creating an online Panel community of “Empowered consumers” which earns rewards points (RP’s), by participating in various companies activities.e.g. Surveys filling, product referrals / sales, advertising based surveys, self development training programs. This is not a guaranteed return and varies from panelist to panelist based upon their individual efforts.
Speak Asia gets research done ‘on’ and ‘for’ different companies, products and services. Panelists earn reward points (RP) for participating with their valuable opinions in the surveys. Thus the panelist gets money in lieu of the surveys they file as per SAOL Terms & Conditions. It is not an investment scheme, where panelists invest money and they get a return on it.Thus our business structure does not fall into the category of any investment scheme.
In fact it has been very clearly communicated by the company right from the beginning that people join SAOL for free. The 3 ways to join and participate on the SAOL portal are: To produce an income statement from any of the global top 20 online survey companies, showing an annual income of $1000 or more and join SAOL for free.
By appearing and passing a test and an interview one can join SAOL for free.
By subscribing to E-zine “Surveys Today” for Rs.6, 000 for 6 months subscription and Rs. 11,000 for a yearly subscription one can join SAOL for free.
e-zine “Survey Today” is a magazine Globally Distributed by Haren Ventures Pte. Ltd Singapore (HVP), which contains information about various products and services and market research techniques etc. The sum of Rs 1,000/- or 6,000/- or 11,000/- that the panelists pay is for various types of subscription of the e-zine “Survey Today” and this is not an investment.
The subscription to the e-zine is only one of the three ways which makes the panelist eligible to join SAOL portal for FREE.
It is entirely the prerogative of the panelist to choose any one of the three ways mentioned above to become a Free panelist at SAOL.
This gives rise to following query

You clearly do not read SpeakAsia website very clearly:
The examination fee is 60 reward points.

The exam itself is NOT FREE. So the statement "take the test and join for free" is misleading and wrong.
It makes me wonder what other misleading statements you have also stated.
My reply is as follows
Do you think everyone who sits for exam can qualify? 60 Reward Point is only the exam fees which if translated to rupee is only 3,000 rs approx. And this 3,000 rupees is taken for conducting exam where all administrative costs are involved and to recover these costs 3,000 is what the company charges. If you are able to clear the exam then your joining is free. But if u are unable to clear the same is forfeited.
You can not link exam fees with joining. These are two seperate things.
Arguments are a plenty but somehow I feel you are ruing the fact that you missed to join it on time.
Joining is always free.
Joining or Not Joining SPEAK ASIA
Please be assured that everything you do in life has its positives and negatives and when positives outweigh negatives, you can do that job. As per my risk appetite 11,000 is not that big a sum which will force me look into these small negatives when there are huge positives present. Because if I lose only 11000 is the sum I will be deprived of. But If company is able to fulfill whatever they have committed, then my income would be much more than 11,000 and that too as a side income where I need not put in regular purchases again like AMWAY.
But people like you help us make aware of the negatives which are present and we are forwarding all these to management wherever possible to remove. Keep on posting your thoughts and help us in getting rich.Wait for few more weeks and I hope consumer empowerment will become the buzz word now onwards..
Speak asia is a panel exchange program and is somehow different from the other MLMs which came in India till now. I have written very detailed replies in my blog and can continue to argue here also. But then is it of some use to any of you, I don't know.
Remember in Speak Asia Model I am not dependent on my downline to earn my regular fixed income. The only help I get from downline is that the amount of extra income increases fast. 20 Lakh people are sufficient for speak asia to continue its business model but always there is greed that if we can earn something more then why not ???
If speakasians are greedy then what about Mayawati and Ratan Tata who are unmarried and don't have any family which they have to support. Even then they are working hard as per their skill to accumulate wealth. If we are greedy than let it be..
And after reading this if anyone wishes to join speakasia they are most welcome to leave a comment in my blog and I will contact them and clear whatever their remaining doubts are. If speakasia had to run away, they would have done it by now. But they are fighting back and hence we are supporting them.
