Give ur every downline a small task tht promote plan to only

1st of all the most important thing is Training for
duplicating ... Select a day (u can select sunday) and select a place(u can
take a flat on rent)and give training to all new comers in ur down
the training should be on every Sunday
be confident and excited when u r giving plan
You must be willing to chart new ground,People follow
leaders not followers. Take the advice of your upline, There are there to help
you through rough waters. The only way you can teach people to duplicate your

Best way to create duplicators is..... Firstly downline ke
dimaag se mlm ka bhoot nikalo. Unhe mlm and leverage income ka concept detail
mein samjhao. Aadhi se zyada downline mlm so sirf 2 member join karwane ka kaam
samjhti hai. Unhe MLM n Leverage income ka concept explain karo. Then arrange
meetngs and get-togethers. N ask them ke jitne zyada se zyada guest leke aaye..
Bcz In MLM evrybody wont join n same way everybody wont deny. BIGGEST PART is
nvr tell ur downline that i hav earned this much and my upline earned this
much. Tell them what they can earn in same we did. Aap unko unka profit
dikhao..hamara khud aa jayega
And ask ur downline ke MLM mein sabse zyada zaroori guest ko
leke aana nhi hota.. But plan dene ke baad follow up hota. Agar follow up acha

are out of their comfort zone and making it hard way....we are sitting in front
of system with a/c & other failities......actual selling takes place on the
streets....Go there, stand silently and observe, when you reach home and do an
analysis...you will be ashamed (me also) of your-self!
never try to sell the concept of SAOL, instead offer him a
solution tailor made for his/her family. help him come out of dept, and
liabilities.

One should be frank and responsible enough to get agree new
comer and should let him know
the benefits, rate of returns as well as all the risk factor involved in the
business without giving him any type of false details and without taking any
financial liabilities . We should keep our down line very well aware of all the
current happening in company and its future plans . WE should be with them in
critical position rathar than to be away from them !!!

Duplication takes place when you have hundreds in your
downline before duplication really works. But if your upline tells you that you
can become a duplication master just by joining their company and sponsoring 2
people in your business, run away. Unless you or your upline already provides
network marketing leadership, the right skills, a good network marketing system
and prospects attracted to your helpful information everyday.
Just make sure you know that duplication doesn’t work just
because somebody says it does. Duplication works when you realize that you have
to work hard as though nobody you sponsor is ever going to duplicate.I mean how
many do you think duplicate anyway? Not many but the few that do will be a huge
asset. Just give them time and whatever you do, don’t tell them you’re going to
stop helping them like most uplines do.Network marketing downlines duplicate
when people bring in enough prospects to make sure they find the few that will
go to the trouble of learning how to duplicate. So lead by example and take

Reach TWO, Teach Two should be your mantra.
If we want duplicators in our team , we should concentrate
on the least cost processes. I may be having enough money to organise
trainings, taking flat on rent etc... but everyone will not be able to
duplicate you. We should keep it simple. Show the plan at prospects choice of
venue instead of imposing your conditions.
When we show the plan by keeping Prospects Future in focus,
our team is bound to duplicate faster.
Moreover please be patient in your plans . Don't let this
feeling ooze out that he is the only person on you list and if he denies you,
you will be doomed..
One more caution here, never ever try to put your own money
on behalf of the guest. Never take or give a Gurantee that once you recoup the
capital, we will take the money.
dont give guarantee of money but give guarantee to be with
him in every step....
our plans should be transparent. Kuch Chhupa ke short term
benefit jaroor mil jaayega per long term mein nuksaan hi hoga.
Agar aap sachhe hai, to app har business ko same network ke

Answer
Remember it is your business and not upline's business.
Upline will only get a portion of your earning but you will get your full
earning. If Upline is not working , don't duplicate him/her just concentrate on
your work and in network marketing it is always possible that you earn more
than your upline.

To be very frank, I missed an appreciative reply by you Mr. Sanjeev Khanna. With all sincerity I appreciate the cool composed measured and matured reply.
Those were the days when you (general terms - me)) were in the seventh heaven for this management and concerned associates were instructed to pass messages which are ready to consume oral capsule; to ensure motivation and keep the flock together. It took time for people like me living in fools paradise to accept the reality that speakasia is dead and buried.
You are 1000 times correct regarding cascading knowledge as true knowledge and information sharing does not demand any hidden factor to always remember it..
I'm not a product of alternate marketing but traditional industry. Had to unlearn and modulate almost all my entire professional behavior to suit this industry...I'm not bothered about money..but very sad that two years + 1 = 3 years of time is wasted. That cannot be replaced by talking and posting that we are about to start, everything will fall in place, but, in case saol declares a restart date...I promise you, it will fail to honor the committed date.
Keep in touch & am very touched by the response of a human being, an Indian...maybe in future a friend or brother.
But not a SpeakAsian because its dead long time back.
The people at the top - let them vanish or be in undisclosed locations - if a networking team decides to take them on..there are professionally run forums like NM Consumer Solutions in India (pure and simple Quotation gang)..the feed their family by providing quick solution anywhere across the Globe.
