Friend : im following it but am totally confused abt the future
Me: there is nothing more than it right now.
Friend : whether spkasia will go on further or not
Me: wait and watch, when things are not in our hand, we should not worry
If they go favorable, it is a bonus for us. If not, try to make best use of the situation as possible
keep on builiding your trust in your team.
If you loose trust of your team , you may not succeed later.
Opportunities are here and will continue to come , its up to us how to keep up a brave face even in critical conditions

Me: no no you can have trust on team, but does your team trust you....
Friend: they trust me and they do trust the company...but the problem arises when they r sufferin with lack of money, when there is a pressure from the people who have joined newly
Me: every one who joined, tell them when they make an FD, does the interest comes immediately...

Similarly if there is a strike in the company you are working for, do you get your salaries on time...?
No.
This is the same situation here .
Moreover the company is still putting up a brave face
Also, please note that this has become the most talked about case now courtesy the media
hence government will either approve the business or will surely make a way out for the our
capital to be returned...
We can do nothing but wait and watch
If government also doesn't provide any way out then we are
all united here to start protests.
